Our call center representatives are often the first point of contact in assisting consumers with resolving past due debts. When speaking with consumers, the representatives must listen to gain a better understanding of the consumer's situation so they may assist in resolving the consumer's accounts and must do so in a friendly, professional and ethical manner.
If you are assertive, possess effective communication skills, a pleasant phone voice and are a team player this might be the job and company for you.
